Blupa

Blupa is a biometric identity verification system designed for fintech use cases where regulatory and privacy constraints rule out shipping raw face images to a server. Face detection, liveness verification, and embedding extraction all run on the user's device — only transformed, non-reversible embedding vectors ever leave it.

Each verification is issued as a verifiable credential anchored on Polkadot via Decentralized Identifiers (DIDs), so every check leaves a tamper-proof audit trail without exposing the underlying biometric data.
