MealFlow is a weekly meal planning app developed by SuboVision. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how MealFlow handles your data.

📡 Data We Collect

MealFlow does not collect any personally identifiable information. The app stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Meal plans — the meals you create, including names, descriptions, notes, and time preferences
• App preferences — your chosen theme (light, dark, or modern), language, and notification settings
• Notification schedule — your preferred reminder times for meals

This data is stored using your device's local storage and is never sent to any server.

🌐 Network & Internet Usage

MealFlow is a fully offline application. It does not make any network requests, connect to external servers, or transmit any data over the internet. The app functions completely without an internet connection.

🔔 Notifications

MealFlow uses local notifications only to remind you about upcoming meals. These notifications are scheduled directly on your device and are not sent from any external server. No push notification services or cloud messaging platforms are used.

You can enable or disable notifications at any time from the app's Settings screen.

🛠 Permissions

MealFlow may request the following device permissions:

• Notifications — to send you local meal reminders
• Vibration — to accompany notification alerts

All permissions are optional and the app will function without them. No camera, microphone, location, or contact data is accessed.

🛠 Home Screen Widgets

MealFlow offers home screen widgets on both iOS and Android to display your current meal plan at a glance. Widget data is shared between the app and the widget component using your device's secure local storage (App Groups on iOS, SharedPreferences on Android). This data never leaves your device.

👥 Third-Party Services

MealFlow does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services. No data is shared with third parties. No SDKs that collect user data are included in the app.

👶 Children's Privacy

MealFlow does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since the app does not collect or transmit any data, it is safe for users of all ages.

🗒 Data Retention & Deletion

All data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all app data at any time by:

• Clearing the app's data through your device's settings
• Uninstalling the app (this permanently removes all stored data)

Since no data is stored on external servers, uninstalling the app completely removes all traces of your data.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
